Should your jewelry lose its gold tone (fading) or show signs of tarnishing and oxidation within 180 days, we will provide a complimentary replacement as part of our commitment to quality.
Fulfillment & Exchanges
- Inspection Process: To maintain our quality standards, we require the return of the original item for physical inspection by the team to confirm the tarnish or fading.
- Zero-Cost Replacement in Lebanon: Laki covers all logistics. We will provide a pre-paid shipping label for your return and ship your new piece at no additional cost.
- Direct Replacement: Upon receipt, inspection, and confirmation of the tarnished item, we will provide an identical replacement.
- Inventory Availability: In the event that your original item is out of stock or has been discontinued, you will be invited to select a comparable piece of equal value to ensure your collection remains complete.
Warranty Eligibility
To initiate a claim, please contact our concierge at info@lakijewelrylb.com with your order number and a high-resolution photograph of the item.
- Note: This guarantee specifically covers tarnish, oxidation, or fading. It does not cover physical breakage, scratches from wear-and-tear, dimming, or lost items.
- Note: Laki jewelry is engineered for the elements, yet like all fine pieces, it requires mindful care. Our guarantee covers the integrity of the gold tone but excludes cosmetic scratches and damage from accidental breakage or extreme and corrostive chemical exposure. All claims are subject to a final physical inspection by our quality assurance team.
